The department maintains a Working Paper series, and publishes in top journals like American Economic Review, Econometrica, Economic Journal, Economic Modelling, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of International Economics, Journal of Policy Modeling, Journal of Public Economics, Review of Economics and Statistics, Review of Economic Dynamics. Publications in the area of Economic History can be found in journals like Revista de Historia Agraria, Revista de Historia Económica o Revista de Historia Industrial.
In addition, there is a lively weekly seminar series.
Members of the department also teach for the Faculty of Economics and Business, as well as for other faculties, offering courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Some courses are offered in English
